Leasing Terms And Conditions Agreement

1.  The term of this agreement shall commence as of the date hereof and shall continue until the end of the six month term.

2.  (a) Artist agrees to lease beat produced by Aime Brunn aka Aime Antonio for no more than 6 months for the lease  rate of $30 US dollars.

(b) Artist and Producer agree to the option to renew lease after 6 month leasing period is up for the same or better  negotiated price or exclusive rights to beat. If artist does not agree to renew lease, artist must cease and desist from using track, including distribution for sale or promotional use, performance, and posting online (includes removing  postings).

3.  (a) Artist will receive beat in the agreed upon  format (mp3 ) by email, or mail 1-2 business days after all payments and paperwork is completed and received by producer or any representative of  Basic Audio Professional LLC.

4.  (a)Artist may only use beat for themselves and collaborations which include themselves. Any use of said beat not covered in this contract will result in the immediate cancellation of this lease and legal action. NO money will be refunded to you.

5.  (a) Artist agrees to give producer a finished copy of song (hereinafter referred to as “track”) which includes the producers beat and the artist lyrics.

(b) Producer and artist may show case track through any media as long as proper credit is giving to both artist and producer.

(c) Producer credit is mandatory on any publication through any media.

(d) Credit should read as follow: Track  produced by Aime Antonio for Basic Audio Professional LLC.

6.  (a) Producer retains all rights to beat

(b) Leasing rights allow you to use the beat (or song) for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. This recording can then be distributed at your price for up to 2,000 copies. Selling more than 2,000 copies means you must acquire a new lease or exclusive rights. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat).

(c) Artist retains all rights to lyrics

(d) Producer and artist both retain rights to track (50/50) for the length of the lease. If Artist does not wish to renew the lease or purchased beat exclusively, Producer retains full rights to track.

(e) In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use for the remainder of your 6 months.

7. (a)Artist agrees to include one tag in the final recording of the resulting track at the beginning of the sound recording. This tag should NOT be removed. Doing so is violation of lease agreement.
